| 2011 | Data Changes: Changed edit text to match COC edit which the metafile was already using. See IF966 for the edit part that monitors mid lobe lung. See IF 914 for the edit that covers unknown primary site and laterality. The COC edit differs from the SEER edit "Laterality, Primary Site, Date of Diag (SEER IF24)" in that: 1. Except for the CNS sites, it does not use the Date of Diagnosis when requiring a laterality code other than zero for paired organ sites. 2. Laterality code 5 (Paired site: midline tumor) is allowed for all years of diagnosis. See table: Old CCR Edit Logic following this table. |
