then Vital_Status = 0 (dead), else (Err #359).

 

If Vital Status = 0 (dead), then:  Follow-Up Last Type (Patient) <> 03; else (Err #359)

If Vital Status = 1 (alive), then:  Follow-Up Last Type (Patient) <> 05, 16, 25, 26, 27, 36, 55, 56, 58, 69, 76, 83; else (Err #359)
