IF 362:  Date Initial RX SEER must be > = Date of Diagnosis

Specification:

This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:

  1. Date Initial RX SEER is blank

  2. Date of Diagnosis is blank.

Date Initial RX SEER must be >= Date of Diagnosis. If both years are known, but either month is blank, then only the years are compared. If either day is blank, then only the years and months are compared.

Historical Changes:

2010 Data Changes: CCR names (Date RX; Date DX) changed to match NAACCR names. Per NAACCR v12.0: - Modified to use the date format of CCYYMMDD and the new interoperability date functions and rules (used to read (Date of Diagnosis (if known) <= Date Initial RX SEER (if not 0's or 9's) ).
May 2013 Date item name changed from Date of Initial RX--SEER to Date Initial RX SEER.
