Message:

IF 403:  If RX Summ—DX Stg Proc = (value) and Diagnostic Confirmation = (value), then Over-ride Surg DxConf must be 1

Specification:

This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:

RX Summ—DX Stg Proc is empty.

Diagnostic Confirmation is empty.

Date of Diagnosis is before 1996 or if Date of Diagnosis is blank or not a valid date

If Date of Diagnosis > 1996 and is a valid date, then:

If RX Summ—DX Stg Proc = 01, 02, 05, 06, or 07

and Diagnostic Confirmation > 4, then:

Over-ride Surg DxConf = 1 (Err #403; IFSURG2)
