IF 456: Conflict between RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr [value] and RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr [value]
This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:
RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr is blank
Both RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr and RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag are blank, indicating the date was intentionally not collected.
Note: Another edit, "RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr, Date Flag (Eureka)", verifies that the date and flag fields are in agreement.
1. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 00, 82, or 85-87 (Transplnt/Endocr Procedure not given) then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag field must = 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr Procedure).
2. If Date--Transplnt/Endocr must contain a date or if blank, the RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr field must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred) or 12 (given, but date is unknown).
- If year of Date of Diagnosis is < 2012, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag may = 10 (unknown if administered) or 12 (administered, but date is unknown).
- If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2012 or later, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 12.
3. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 88 (recommended, but unknown if given), then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and the corresponding RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred), 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr Procedure), 12 (given, but date is unknown), or 15 (planned, not yet given).
- If year of Date of Diagnosis < 2012, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag may = 10 (unknown if administered), 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr), 12 (administered, but date is unknown), or 15 (planned, not yet given).
- If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2012 or later, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 15.
4. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 99 (unknown if given), then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and the corresponding RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred).
Added 8's to IF #456 so if Date Transp Endo=8's then Transp Endo Sum cannot be 10-40.
2010 Data Item Changes: CCR names (Date Transp Endo; RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr) changed to NAACCR names. Completely updated Specification Section to handle the new date format
