Message:

IF 456:  Conflict between RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr [value] and RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr [value]

Specification:

This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:

  1. RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr is blank

  2. Both RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr and RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag are blank, indicating the date was intentionally not collected.

Note:  Another edit, "RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr, Date Flag (Eureka)", verifies that the date and flag fields are in agreement.

1. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 00, 82, or 85-87 (Transplnt/Endocr Procedure not given) then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag field must = 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr Procedure).

2. If Date--Transplnt/Endocr must contain a date or if blank, the RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr field must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred) or 12 (given, but date is unknown).

- If year of Date of Diagnosis is < 2012, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag may = 10 (unknown if administered) or 12 (administered, but date is unknown).

- If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2012 or later, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 12.

3. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 88 (recommended, but unknown if given), then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and the corresponding RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred), 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr Procedure), 12 (given, but date is unknown), or 15 (planned, not yet given).

- If year of Date of Diagnosis < 2012, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag may = 10 (unknown if administered), 11 (no Transplnt/Endocr), 12 (administered, but date is unknown), or 15 (planned, not yet given).

- If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2012 or later, then RX Date-- Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 15.

4. If RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr = 99 (unknown if given), then RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr must be blank and the corresponding RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr Flag must = 10 (no information whatsoever can be inferred).
