IF 667: Conflict among Date of Diagnosis [value], EOD--Extension Prost Path [value], and Primary Site [value]

 

Specification:

This edit is skipped if Date of Diagnosis is blank or not valid.

This edit is skipped if Date of Diagnosis year is <1995 or >2003.

 

If Primary Site =619 (prostate) and Histologic Type ICD-O-3 <> 9590-9699, 9702-9729 (lymphoma),

Then EOD--Extension Prost Path must equal 00, 20-23, 30-34, 40-45, 48-53, 60, 61, 70, 85, 90, 98, & 99 (cannot be blank), else (Err #667)

Otherwise, if Date of Diagnosis is a known valid date

OR

If Primary Site <> 619 (not prostate) or Primary Site = 619 (prostate) and Histologic Type ICD-O-3 = 9590-9699, 9702-9729 (lymphoma),

Then EOD--Extension Prost Path = blank, else (Err #667).

Historical Changes:

 

10/07 Added logic to IF #667 that forces blanks for prostate lymphoma cases dx 1995-2003.
2010 Data Changes: CCR names (Date DX, Extension, Site) changed to NAACCR names. Changed the Date of Diagnosis limits based on the metafile logic.
