Message:

IF 734: If Type of Reporting Source = (value), then Date of Diagnosis must be later than 2005 or blank (no valid date).

Specification:

If Type of Reporting Source = 2 or 8, Year of Diagnosis must be later than 2005 or blank (no valid date).

Historical Changes

7/27/06:  Added new edit to allow codes 2 & 8 for cases DX 2006+.

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR names (Date DX; Type of Reporting Source) changed to NAACCR names. Added "blank" to specification and message to match metafile.
