Messages:

IF 753: If Place of Death = [value], then DC State File Number cannot be [value].

Specification:

If Place of Death = 097, and DC State File Number is not 999999, then

DC State File Number must be < = 250000, else (Err #753).

Historical Changes:

1/08/07:  Added IF #753 to edit the incorrect numbers that were being assigned or added during linkage and to reflect Vital Statistics information that California death file numbers would not be assigned above the annual mortality rate which is below 250000.

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name (Death File No) changed to match NAACCR name.
