Message:
IF 754: If Type of Reporting Source = 3, then Date of 1st Contact must not be < Date of Diagnosis.
IF 754: If Type of Reporting Source = 4, then Date of 1st Contact must not be < Date of Diagnosis.
Specification:
This edit is skipped if any of the following is true:
Type of Reporting Source is not 3 or 4.
Either date is blank or not valid.
If Type of Reporting Source = 3 (lab only), then
Date of 1st Contact must not be earlier than Date of Diagnosis, else (Err #754).
If Type of Reporting Source = 4 (MD only), then
Date of 1st Contact must not be earlier than Date of Diagnosis, else (Err #754).
