Specification:

Date of Diagnosis must be a non blank, valid date (at least CCYY) or this edit is skipped.

This edit is skipped if Type of Reporting Source <> 7.

 

If Date of Diagnosis < 1994 or > 2003 and Type of Reporting Source = 7 and Histologic type ICD-0-3 is 9590 to 9699 or 9702 to 9729, then Extension Prost Path must be code 90.
