Message:

IF 648: If Type of Reporting Source is 7, Casefinding Source [(value)] must be 80.

Specification:

This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:

If the Other Reg ID is not CA, but is 98 or in the STATE.DBF table

If Type of Reporting Source = 7, then Casefinding Source = 80; else (Err #648)

Historical Changes:

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name (Report Source) changed to NAACCR name.

2011 Data Changes: Added skip for Other Reg ID is 98 or alpha so Out of State cases can pass this edit.
