If Type of Reporting Source = 7, then RX Date Radiation Flag = 10, else (Err #714)

Historical Changes:

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name Report Source changed to match NAACCR. Changed Date Rad for the RX Date Radiation Flag so that the edit now looks for the flag code rather than the date. Prior to 2010, we looked at the unknowns.

May 2013: Data item name changed from RX Date--Radiation Flag to RX Date Radiation Flag.
