Historical Changes

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name (Report Source) changed to match NAACCR. Changed Date Surg Proc (1-3) to Date Surg Proc (1-3) Flag so that the edit now looks for the flag code rather than the date. Prior to 2010, we looked at the unknowns.

2011 Data Item Changes: Added Autopsy condition to edit and removed Tumor Level from Edit sets since Surgery Procedures are Admission level fields.
