Historical Changes:

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name (Report Source) changed to match NAACCR name. Although RX Date--Transplnt/Endocr is not a NAACCR field, CCR name (Date Transp Endo) changed to be consistent with NAACCR's name for RX Summ--Transplnt/Endocr. Changed Date--Surgery for the RX Transplnt/Endoc Flag so that the edit now looks for the flag code rather than the date. Prior to 2010, we looked at the unknowns.
