IR 812: Sequence Number--Central and Date of DX must be in same sequence
This edit verifies the Sequence Number--Central and Date of Diagnosis are in the same sequence.
This edit is skipped when the Year of Diagnosis is blank.
If there are multiple tumors for a patient where the Sequence Number--Central is between 01-59 range group or between 61-87 range group, Sequence Number—Central and Date of Diagnosis must be in the same sequence within each group.
For example, the tumor with Sequence Number--Central = 01 must have Date of Diagnosis prior or equal to Date of Diagnosis of tumor with Sequence Number--Central = 01.
The date comparison is as follows:
If month and day of either Date of Diagnosis is blank then only the years are compared.
If day of either Date of Diagnosis is blank, then the years and months are compared.
If the full Dates of Diagnosis are known, the entire dates are compared.
