There have been so many changes during the year that the original change page became difficult to interpret. Therefore, we have opened a new "change" page for changes that occur from late October through December of 2011. Please refer to the change pages as follows:

This is a maintenance revision to correct some small issues with the operation of this online manual.

For CSV203, edits were added, modified, deleted. In addition, some allowable value edits were changed into interfield edits. See Changes to Volume III for 2011 for links to new or revised edits.
New edits have been added and existing edits have been modified in accordance with the "NAACCR 12.1 Metafile Edits" document of March 22, 2011. See Changes to Volume III for Release 3.1 (2011) for links to new and revised edits.

Data items for 2011 and changes to existing items have been documented in revision 3.0.
Documentation of new and changed data items is complete. All currently known information is included in revision 3.0.
New edits and changes to edits for 2011 are not included in release 3.0. CCR is dependent upon other agencies to supply edit information. The goal will be to document new and changed edits as quickly as possible in order to have the edits documentation available for integration testing. There will be incremental releases of Volume III following releases of 2011 edit information including CSv02.03 and the CER project.

The following edits are now obsolete and have been removed from the metafile on 2/17/2011: IF306, IF334, IF336, IF437, IF440, IF441.
Updated the following data items to match the latest metafile dated 02/14/2011.
IF785 and IF786: Updated histology ranges to match the metafile.
IF306, IF334, IF336, IF437, IF440, IF441: Removed from metafile. However, this removal may be temporary. Therefore, these items remain in Volume III and are marked as obsolete at the top of each page.
ER144: Added code 0I+ to the allowable values section.
