All CS fields will be converted to CSv2; CS Site-Specific Factor 3 will have the existing value copied (see https://cancerstaging.org/cstage/coding/Documents/csv1tocsv2conversionspecs.pdf). Note that the values may change when the spreadsheet conversions are applied. Added IF #849, 876, 877, 878, 954 & 984.
