Message:

IF 360:  If Date of Diagnosis [value] > 1991 and known, Coding Proc [value] must be >13.

Specification:

This edit is skipped if Date of Diagnosis is blank or not valid.

If Date of Diagnosis year > 1991 and < 9998, then Coding Proc > 13, else (Err #360).

Historical Changes:

2010 Data Item Changes:  CCR name (Date DX) changed to match NAACCR name. Updated Specification section to match Eureka 12 metafile.
