and all dates are exact dates (CCYYMMDD).

Historical Changes

3/2009:  Added new edit to mirror business rules.

2010 Data Changes:  Class of case code for DCO changed from 8 to 49. Changed CCR names to match NAACCR names. Reporting facility codes 0000989002-0000989099 added to edit since the CCR receives out of state cases DCO cases and we want those reflected as out-of-state cases.
