Message:

CS Version Input Current and Date of Diagnosis conflict

For cases diagnosed 2010 and later, CS Version Input Current must be > or = 020300.

For cases diagnosed 2011 and later, CS Version Input Current must be > or = 020302.

Specification:

This edit is skipped if the Date of Diagnosis is blank or not valid.

If year of Date of Diagnosis >= 2004, then CS Version Input Current must not be blank.

If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2011 or later AND CS Version Input Current is less than 020302, an error is generated.

If year of Date of Diagnosis is 2010 or later AND CS Version Input Current is less than 020300, an error is generated.

Note: CS Version Input Current will equal either 020300 or 020301 immediately after a case is converted to CSv0203. For cases diagnosed 2011 or later: if a case was abstracted prior to conversion to CSv0203, the case should be reviewed after conversion and updated to CSv0203 requirements. (After the case is updated, CS Version Input Current will be 020302 or higher and this error will no longer be generated.)
