Message:

IF 675: Date of Last Contact [value] must not be earlier than Date of Inpatient Adm [value]

Specification:

This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions are true:

• Date of Inpatient Adm is blank or not valid.

• Date of Last Contact is blank or not valid.

• Coding Procedure is < 18.

Date of Last Contact must be >= Date of Inpatient Admission.

If either year is blank or not valid, the edit is skipped. If either month is blank or not valid, then only the years are compared. If either day is blank or not valid, then only the years and months are compared.
