Historical Change:

2010 Data Changes:  Created and added this Edit for 2010. Edit based partly on Class of Case, RX (COC) edit. The Specification section has been completely revised to match the Edits metafile issued 9/15/2010.  IF 607 (If Class of Case = 20-22 or 30-32, then Date of Diagnosis <= Date of 1st Contact) was incorporated into this edit and made obsolete.

May 2013: Data item name changed from Date of Initial RX--SEER to Date Initial RX SEER.
