This interrecord edit checks for multiple admissions from the same Reporting Facility and the different Accession Number--Hosp for the same tumor.

 

The logic is as follows:

  1. Reporting Facility must be unique within a tumor record set.

  2. Non-hospital codes 0000000801 (DC Only) and 0000000802 (Coroner) are included in the edit.

  3. Non-hospital codes and merged facilities excluded from the edit are documented in the IR808809.DBF table.
